Let’s be real—talking about money can feel awkward, but avoiding it doesn’t serve your growth. This workshop is all about shifting that mindset and learning how to confidently advocate for yourself in salary conversations without feeling pushy, guilty, or unprepared.
We’ll break down how to actually do salary conversations—whether you're interviewing, up for a promotion, or sitting in a performance review. You’ll learn how to back your ask with data, speak to your impact in a clear and confident way, and navigate those tricky moments when the conversation gets uncomfortable.
This is practical, real-world, and rooted in knowing your value and communicating it well. No fluff—just tools, language, and strategies you can use immediately.
By the End of This Workshop, Participants Will Be Able To:
Get clear on why negotiating matters and how it impacts long-term earnings and opportunities.
Identify and confidently speak to their value, skills, and contributions (without downplaying themselves).
Find and use salary data to understand what "market value" actually looks like.
Build a simple, strong case for their compensation ask.
Navigate salary conversations in interviews, promotions, and reviews without freezing or overthinking it.
Respond to common employer pushbacks in a calm, professional way.
Think beyond base salary and evaluate the full compensation package.
Develop a personal approach to salary conversations that feels natural, not scripted.
